TSTB are the Board of Proprietors for Hadlow, Rathkeale and St Matthew’s and also own Hadlow Preschool. TSTB owns the schools, land and buildings. They are responsible for the Special Character of the schools and uniquely they are also a Service Provider to the schools. They have signed an Integration Agreement with the Crown that established a Board of Trustees to govern each school.
